I was a finalist on The Great Australian Bake Off, and these days you’ll find me on Channel 7 as The Singing Baker, bringing high-energy desserts and festive joy to Aussie screens. Whether I’m piping vintage cakes, whipping up chaotic cookie bakes, or singing my way through a TV segment, my goal is always the same: to make food that makes people smile.
When I’m not filming TV spots or demoing at food festivals, I’m sharing recipes online, writing for magazines, or building my brand-new blog, packed with playful bakes, nostalgic crowd-pleasers, and no-fuss tips to help you own your kitchen with confidence.
